Main Feacture
1. PLC control is applied with programs which can be designed, automatic operation can be realized even without worker at the physical field .Feeding, preliminary filter, washing, precise filter, discharge can be supervised during the full procedure.
2.started by frequency modulator, the staff of the machine is stable ,the separation coefficient is adjustable.
3. Power consumption brake, non-contact type brake mode ,no frictional powder pollution.
4.The full sealing parts have applied ailicon rubber or fluorine rubber. Nitrogen protection system is applied in the inside part of the centrifugal machine, sealing and explosion prevention requirements can be realized.
5.Reasonable structure design, on line washing system(spraying system}guarantee the clean extent requirement and GMP norm can be corresponded to.
6.Pneumatic system has been applied in automatic operation parts to keep sanitary and clean.
7.Frequency emission material procedure control.
8.Pneumatic auxiliary scraper can be chosen, there is no remaining jam in the rotating drum after discharge.

10.Design of vibration reduction & separation is scientific and reasonable, balance pieces and imported high precision liquid type resistance vibration separation system have been applied, the vibration of the machine is fully absorbed by vibration separation system, there is no shock disturbance for the foundation ground or nearby environment.
11 .Balance plate of the device foundation can be used for operation platform which makes operation and maintenance more convenient.
12.Safety protection:check of the rotation speed, protection of the over-vibtation, opening cover, overloaded and overheat of the motor .Lock of the scrapers, electrician bi-control of the up-down machine, scraper and drum
Structure & Principle
1. Structure: Feeding pipe washing pipe, observation widow, exhaust hole tenting hole have been applied in the turning over cover of the out shell.The sealing structure, rotating drum and out-shell,turning over cove r are all made of stainless steel (SUS304),machine chassis parts are made of cast material,the surface is covered with stainless steel.The rotating drum,inside and outside surfaces of the out-shell,the exposed parts of the machine have all been polish treated.
