4.The full sealing parts have applied ailicon rubber or fluorine rubber. Nitrogen protection system is applied in the inside part of the centrifugal machine, sealing and explosion prevention requirements can be realized.
5.Reasonable structure design, on line washing system(spraying system}guarantee the clean extent requirement and GMP norm can be corresponded to.
6.Pneumatic system has been applied in automatic operation parts to keep sanitary and clean.

Structure & Principle                                                                                                                        

 

1. Structure: Feeding pipe washing pipe, observation widow, exhaust hole tenting hole have been applied in the turning over cover of the out shell.The sealing structure, rotating drum and out-shell,turning over cove r are all made of stainless steel (SUS304),machine chassis parts are made of cast material,the surface is covered with stainless steel.The rotating drum,inside and outside surfaces of the out-shell,the exposed parts of the machine have all been polish treated.
