Main Features    

PSF series are kind of standing type top direct-drive and explosion-prof. The advantages are : simple structures , easy operation, and obstruction explosion-proof and clean. They can be used for separation the suspension with particle size of more than 0.01mm , especially for the separation of materials that have high demands on explosion-proof and being clean , so they are applied such industrial as chemical, food , pharmacy top national defence.

1.Started by frequency modulator, the start of the machine is stable, the separation coefficient is adjustable.

2.Package discharge reduces the labor stress and increases work efficiency.   3.Reasonable structure design can effectively eliminate the sanitation dead corner, the structure transition is very smooth, the surface has been polished, outside structure parts and tightening parts and tightening parts as well as rotating drum are all made of stainless steel. The outer shell is of turning over cover, the space between the outer shell and the rotating drum of the centrifugal machine can be completely cleaned.   4.Cleaning system (spray system) are arranged, the invisible parts of the centrifugal machine such as the inside part of the outer shell, the inside and outside surface of the rotating drum as well as the surface of the liquid collection channel can be washed and cleaned so that the clean extent can be guaranteed and the GMP standard can be corresponded to.   5.Simple structure, convenient operation, maintenance and repair.   6.Particles can not easily be broken.   7.Nitrogen protection system is arranged to guarantee separation of the inside parts of the centrifugal machine and the outside air.   8.Ouite universal, can be adopted for many items.   9.The sealing parts have applied silicon rubber or fluorine rubber. The machine can meet the requirement for sealing and explosion prevention, it is suitable for the application of poison and material which can easily get fire or explosion.

 Structures & Principles   

The whole machine canceling leather belt spereads to move and bearings. Motor drives a basket for further separation after the fed material reaches the expected amount . In the process of feeding and separation, the liquid phase is discharged through fifter cloth and hte holes of the basket , and then out of the solid phase left in the basket. Dischrge the cake from the top manually after separation and after the machine stops.
