GF Series Tubular centrifuge is used for separating various emulsion, especially for virgin coconut oil separation
This separator is consisted of main body, driving device, bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing. The upper of the bowl is fiexible mainshaft and thelower of it is damp floating bearing. The mainshaft is connected through and with a buffer of connecting seat and a vdriven wheel. The driven wheel is driven by a motor through driving wheel and tension gear to make the bowl rotate around its own ax is at a extra speed and form a strong centrifuge force field. The stock flows into the liquid inlet from the bottom and is forced by centrifuge force to flow upto and along theinner wall of the bowl and then is separated the different layer according to density difference of the different liquid components

It is an ideal centrifuge take advantage of centrifugal methods, the minimum granules is 1 um, which is suitable for distill, condense and clarify the material has small gravity difference, small and few solid granules and high erosion products.
Working principle
Machine body, drive system, drum, and liquid tray, enter liquid bearing seat composed of pipe centrifuge.On the top of drum is the flinch axis, under is the damp drift bearing. Main axis linked by buffer and passive wheel, via conveyor belt, fasten wheel, the dynamic is transmit to drum and it will rotate axes to run at rapid speed. The stuff is ripped into via liquid inlet, under the centrifuge force, the stuff along the wall of drum flow upward. As different material has different density, the stuff will separate layer in the centrifuge.

Centrifugal process
As the name suggest the key aspect of the whole method is centrifuge. A centrifuge is a an equipment driven by electricity which rotates around a fixed axis. You must have seen a washing machine dryer, it works on the same principle drum acts as and water is literally forced out due to the fast spinning. How does this work in case of coconut oil?
In case of coconut oil extraction using centrifugal method the first step is to produce coconut milk using fresh mature coconut meat. Coconut milk actually is a natural oil in water emulsion. An emulsion consists of two immiscible liquids, where one is dispersed as very fine droplets into another. When kept for sometime this unstable emulsion starts separating but takes too much time, this is where centrifugal process helps.
With the use of centrifugal process the separation speed of oil and water is greatly enhanced without using any chemical process of heat. As centrifuge moves, coconut oils starts moving towards the its centre and then can be collected. This separates coconut oil and water.
